How It Works
1Bring Your Own Bike
You bring your bike in and we set it up on the Wahoo Trainer. You then complete a 20 minute FTP test so we can find your functional threshold power to base your workouts on.
We use Wahoo Kickr Snap Smart Trainers along with custom designed watts based interval workouts designed to challenge you. All future workouts will then be based on your power so they are tailored to your fitness level and ability.
3Store your Equipment
We store your bike indoors for the winter season. When you arrive for class, we will have your bike set up on the trainer and your workout loaded on the iPad. You just hit start and begin spinning!!
