Beginning Monday, September 24th, we will be adding a 5am class to our Monday-Friday schedule. All other class times will remain the same.

Switch is now offering Private Group Training

We've created another way to workout at Switch...Private Group Training!

This is a great option for anyone who wants the benefits of private personal training, but still likes the comradery of working out alongside friends. We have options for groups of 3, 4, 5, or 6. We currently have time slots open in the morning and mid afternoon. 

How it works:

  • Each member of the private group pays one upfront price for the month

  • Price includes 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks

  • Program is custom tailored to the goals and needs of the group

  • Includes before and after measurements, goal setting, and nutrition guidance

  • Pricing starts at under $35/session (with a 6 member group)

  • Unlimited communication with your private coach during the program
